I Finally Made the Hardcover Version of this Book.

Aside from that, I also signed it up for Kindle Unlimited or whatever it’s called. So if you have that, you can read the whole thing for free. If not, it’s three bucks, but I think I signed up for some uh… Discount where it’s gonna be .99 cents for a week? I don’t remember the week though. Maybe in August?

I don’t really know. I can’t remember. But that’s beside the point. I’ve been thinking a lot about turning my other stories into actual physical books lately. I always put it off because I had other priorities, still kinda do, plus it’s annoying to buy or create book covers. Not to mention the time and effort it takes to seriously edit some of my older stories like Immortal Soul and HCOP.

Also, the rules about offensive content and NSFW stuff on Kindle are harsh, so I’d be publishing those other stories on like Smashwords or something. Either way, I figured I should make a post here before I totally forget about it and get distracted by the next thing that happens(It’s always something lol).

    • Same honestly lol. Unfortunately Amazon has stricter rules, so I don’t know whether I could publish either of them on there. And Smashwords’ parent company doesn’t make hardcovers yet, Draft2digital. Supposedly they’re gonna do it in the future though.

      I mean, if I wanted to publish HCOP or Immortal Soul on Kindle, I’d need to censor them a lot lol. At that point, would they even be the same stories?

      But Draft2digital does do paperback books, so at least there’s that. Some of the HCOP and Immortal Soul books are less ‘offensive’ than others though, so who knows? Maybe I can put some of the safer ones on Kindle with Hardcovers available, while the others are on smashwords as paperback lol.

      IS has 7 volumes and HCOP would also have quite a few, with Hardcore Legacies being a book of its own or maybe 2 books. I guess if I really stretched it, I could shove all of HCOP into a single book, but I’m not sure. Might be way too thick.

      To put it in perspective, TDoDK was only 150k words and it took up 512 pages lol.

    • I’m editing/reading Volume 1 of IS, Black Mithril and honestly, I think I can publish it on Kindle. Which means I can have a Hardcover version. Even volume 2 is probably SFW enough, well, not really SFW, but you know what I mean lol. Like there are different levels. Volume 3 was the first actual sex scene in the story as far as I remember.

      I also thought about publishing Hardcore OP-ness as like little ‘Arcs’ rather than entire books. Which would make it easier to avoid the more uh… Offensive content lol. Like the first 7 or 8 Arcs didn’t even have actual sex.

      Draft2Digital can’t publish hardcovers, which is what it’s significant. I mean, I can have the more NSFW books published on Draft2Digital as Paperbacks and Digital copies, while the more SFW books can be published with Hardcover options on Kindle.

      I mean, I’m not planning on exclusivity, so I’ll probably publish everything on both sites, just leaving out the more controversial stuff from Kindle for the sake of safety lol.
