IS, V6, Chapter 6: The Judge Parts 29-30

Part 29

*3rd Person Perspective*

As that deafening deep and masculine voice echoed throughout the city, nearly everyone snapped out of the illusion instantly. Even those who were violently masturbating or murdering each other had regained their clarity and stopped what they were doing at once.

Tommy looked up at the bright night sky and saw a man in shining armor, riding on the back of a silver unicorn as they gently rose up into the air.

“More importantly, I see a fuckton of penises, vaginas and even a wide variety of mouths but… Where the hell are all the assholes?! Oh god, are the mouths buttholes?! Do you just constantly taste shit all day everyday?! Why would you do this to yourself?! Ah, nevermind, I guess you’re one of those scat-fetish weirdos huh? For that matter, you’re probably such a masochist that you’re getting turned on by this, right? I mean, since you’re all dicks and pussies, being turned on is probably the entirety of your existence now…”

Finally the massive monster in the sky screamed like a little girl, “Shut up Dad! You’re embarrassing me in front of the Mortals! Wait, how are you even still alive?! Where have you been?! It’s been like, millions of years!”

“Wow, you really are my daughter.” Mecha-Mike chuckled and complained, “Flashing your dicks and pussies to a million strangers is fine, but talking to your father in front of them is embarrassing? Anyway, I know this is just one of your Avatars, so stop making trouble and go home. I’ll meet you on Hell soon enough.”

“Ugh~, fine~! But Mom is gonna be super pissed when you show up!” And just like that, the ball of tentacles and genitals collapsed in on itself and vanished into a beam of pink light, that shot off into the sky.

“Phew~…” Mike let out a sigh, “That brat was always a pacifist, but when the fuck did she turn into a Demon Lord or whatever? Well, I guess living for so long… It’d be more surprising if she managed to maintain her sanity at all. Maybe she spent most of that time sleeping like us though?”

Sylvia neighed in irritation and then the two of them teleported away. If they really did fight the giant monster in the sky, the collateral damage would’ve been catastrophic, and they also had plenty of other problems to help solve anyway. Gator Brook was simply ‘on the way’ to the Eye of Lorthon. Not Salvation, but the gigantic Planetary Anchor below it.

On the other hand, while most of the population had recovered their senses, there were still tens of thousands of crazy demons rampaging around the town. With the rise in Mana Density, mutation of macro-organisms was usually fairly slow and insubstantial. Unfortunately, microorganisms were much different. With Asmodeus gone, people stopped going insane and transforming spontaneously, but various diseases were growing out of control.

Tommy suddenly coughed out a glob of purple blood onto the ground, which bubbled a bit, before calming down and forming a glowing silver nucleus in the center. After that he vomited out a dozen or so more, while kneeling on the sidewalk helplessly. Trying to shield the little Pixie in his hands from harm.

The little slimes didn’t try to attack him or anyone else and just slithered off into the nearest gutter. He felt weak and helpless for a moment, but then Tommy lifted his head and smelled a refreshing minty aroma wafting through the air. As he looked around, he noticed that a lot of the people stopped fighting, shooting and exploding, as if awakened by the strange scent.

All the trees planted along the sidewalk had suddenly sprouted beautiful pink and purple flowers, even though they weren’t even the same kind of plant for the most part. That smell seemed to carry with it a mysterious message: “Calm down… Find the nearest hospital and take shelter. Stop fighting. Find shelter. Relax… Find the nearest hospital and treat your wounds. Cease your conflicts.”

Many people regained consciousness instantaneously, just like the tiny Pixie in Tommy’s hands. She seemed to be in a trance as she slowly floated above his palms and started flying off towards a distant, enormous building, which had tons of massive trees growing out of the roof. Although the pink-skinned boy didn’t really understand what was happening, he decided to chase after the little girl.

He jaywalked across the street, passed by a burning carriage and some charred minotaur corpses, then was almost run over by a massive rhinoceros-centaur woman. The top half of her body was that of a brown-skinned ogre, while the waist down was that of a grey-skinned rhino. She was carrying dozens of sick and wounded on her back, though most of them were from smaller Races, such as Rat Tribe and Fox Tribe.

When he finally made it to the street that the hospital was on, a beautiful naked harpy swooped down and pulled him up into the sky. The sharp talons on her feet were digging into his shoulders, but before he could cry out in pain, the alleyway where he was walking through had suddenly exploded into yellow flames.

“Rawr~!” A deafening roar rang out from that spot, as the two houses nearest to the alleyway were blasted apart. There was a naked and hairless, mutated four-armed Tiger-Tribe woman, fighting against a similarly large green-skinned orcish woman. She only had a small loincloth covering her groin, while her muscular breasts were totally exposed. The three meter long curved blade in her hands was slashed against the monster’s snout, but very little damage was actually done.

Their battle attracted the attention of a small squad of heavily armed and armored Dark Dwarf soldiers. Each of them had machine guns, shotguns or assault rifles. So when they noticed the enemy, they all opened fire on the raging bestial woman. Only a few seconds were needed for her to be completely disabled, with a few of her arms actually getting torn asunder.

However, she was surprisingly still alive. Instead of killing her directly, the orcish woman simply beat her into unconsciousness and then dragged what was left of that woman over to the emergency room… In fact, even people who were ripped to shreds or missing the majority of their bodies were still taken to the nearest hospitals when possible. Even if they couldn’t survive, at least their organs might be able to save someone’s life.

Part 30

*3rd Person Perspective*

A thousand miles away from Gator Brook, on the edge of a steep mountain cliff, two Blood Elves were standing side-by-side. Raelin had finally made it back with the Snow Elf refugees she rescued, just in time to witness Luna’s world-shaking performance by her daughter’s side. It was freezing out that night, but the two vampires were wearing relatively light clothing. More specifically, thin black leather and fur armor.

“What… What is she doing? Is she going to crash the Moon into the Earth?” Raelin had seen and learned a lot in recent years, but still couldn’t quite fathom what was actually happening at that moment. The Moon had turned into a giant naked woman, then went back to being the way it always was, for a little while at least. However, once it started transforming into a planet; that’s when she became incredibly confused.

“Have you ever heard the story of the Scorpion and the Frog?” Iris’ fiery orange hair was whipping around from the strong winds, almost as if it was actually on fire. Her bright-green eyes glowed in the darkness, as she gazed up at the night sky.

“What’s a scorpion?” Although she had been to the Great Desert before, and even the Jingoku Badlands… Even if she saw them before, Raelin had never knew the names of those arachnids.

Iris groaned and grumbled, “They’re little… Fucking A~! Nevermind. The moral of the story is that even when it doesn’t serve their own interests, people will still follow their true nature and do stupid shit. Luna is too smart for her own good. She calculates everything, and waits for ages, but eventually… Well, this is her true nature. Lunael the Goddess of Dumb Fuckery…”

When she saw her mother glaring down at her, the little girl giggled and then cleared her throat: “Okay, I’ll be serious. Lunael the Eternal Observer, the ever watchful eye in the night sky. Most of the time, she won’t really ‘do’ much of anything out in the open. Luna is also known as the World Seed, because she often goes around to barren planets, terraforming them and turning those useless rocks into thriving planets, filled with life… And then comes the problem. She’s like Michael. Not quite as bad as me or Abaddon, but still… No matter how hard she tries to resist, she can’t just watch as people rape, murder and/or enslave each other. She tries to help. But when a Goddess lends you a hand, you usually get crushed to death like a fucking gnat, along with your entire country so… Anyway, this is how it always ends. With Luna losing her patience and finally just doing what she should’ve done in the first place. Create her own goddamn ‘paradise’ or whatever. The Garden of Eden was just the prototype. Now she’s gonna go all the way with this fuckery, ‘till she probably gets us all killed… One way or another.”

“I don’t really understand but… What will happen to Earth?” Raelin murmured, her silvery hair was tied back in a pony-tail, exposing her long and pointed ears. She had dozens of different ruby and silver studs in them, all of which were obviously powerful magical artifacts. Aside from that, she also had a golden nose ring on the left side, made of a mithril composite material. It was all quite extravagant, but just like the rings on her index and middle fingers, they were crucial pieces of equipment… And also fit her aesthetic tastes.

“Heh, Mama, do you think that Terra will just sit back and let Luna do whatever she wants? That lazy little brat has probably finally gotten a wake-up call by now. Terra ain’t a pushover, so now that her feathers have been ruffled a bit, she’ll definitely retaliate one way or another. Not really our problem though. Hehe~, don’t forget what we are, Mama… Luna gobbled most of them up, but there’s still a few thousand of those tasty little Nephilim who made it into Alfirin.”

Before she could continue any further, Raelin shouted: “Absolutely not! You’re far too young! And only at Level-4 at most! Those are Level-5 soldiers… And none of them are traveling alone!”

“Pft~!” Iris chuckled, shaking her head as she pointed to a distant red dot in the night sky. One which was almost completely overshadowed by the new Moon’s brightness. Then she casually stated, “That sneaky bitch Lilith already hitched a ride to Venus when Asmodeus fucked off. She might be a Shadow Dragon, but Blood Elves have some cheats of our own too. Like the way our bodies and Levels grow way faster when we drink the blood of stronger enemies…”

Right when Raelin tried to grab her shoulder, the little girl immediately dove off the cliff and two huge fiery wings appeared behind her back. Iris cackled as she soared off into the distance, sending back a telepathic message to her distraught mother: “Ya gotta stop with all this overprotective bullshit Mama. You know what I am… ‘Who’ I am. Even if the whole world burns to ash, I’ll probably be the last one standing. Besides, I got backup!”

A high-pitched and eerie giggling rang out through the windy dark night, as tiny six-winged ‘angel’ swooped down from the sky and chased after Iris. Raelin let out a long drawn-out sigh, then put her outstretched hand down, before staring back up at the distant Moon. She murmured to herself, “Talia… Laebeth… Are you still out there somewhere?”

***

“Please God, save me~! Agh~!”

“No, no, no~! Gah~!”

“Retreat! All units, retreat!”

In southwestern Lorthon, a battalion of 300 Nephilim soldiers were fleeing for their lives through the dense and writhing jungle. They started with several thousand men and women, most of whom were Level-5, with at least five at Level-6. However, their ships crash landed and many of their supplies were lost. Since all the members of the crews were fairly powerful, they managed to survive… At first.

Yet how could they have imagined that there would be such a terrifying monster lurking in those abandoned ruins near the crash site?

“Hmmm~, where’d these annoying gnats come from anyway?” A beautiful naked elven woman was standing in the middle of a massive blackened crater. There were thousands of charred corpses, mostly just bones and armor left, scattered across the irradiated ground. She was two meters tall, with dark-brown skin, bright neon-blue runic tattoos all over her muscular body and long, straight black hair down to her waist.

She stretched out her arms and yawned lazily, before noticing the Moon’s rapid and rampant transformation. After rubbing her large green eyes a few times, she screamed: “What the fuck?! God damn it! How long have I been sleeping?!”

*Author’s Note*

This is the end of Chapter 6 and Volume 6. I originally was going to make Immortal Soul exactly 7 Volumes when I first started writing the series… I haven’t decided whether to end things in Volume 7 or not, but I definitely won’t rush things for the sake of symbolism. I probably won’t write a 30 Part Chapter again though.

*New Author’s Note*

Holy shit, why did I decided to make this chapter 30 Parts long? I might as well have turned it into a whole Volume in and of itself! Seriously, that’s at least 30k words!

Anyway, Volume 6 is over and Volume 7 is incomplete at the moment, so I won’t be posting it yet.

  1. It’s been quite a trip reading Immortal Soul for the 3rd time, I usually try taking notes on all the important stuff like: names of places and characters, generally how magic works, along with all of the miscellaneous stuff about the world, anyways do you think you’ll be publishing Volume 7 sometime this year or are you too busy with BCJ?

    • It looks like I have 2 and a half ‘chapters’ written already, but idk about posting them. After all, I can’t continue writing Chapter 3 atm, and in the grand scheme of things it’ll be a little more confusing when using the site to go forward to the ‘next post’.
