The Planet, Arcana Prime

Okay, so I doodled a bit and ended up with this nightmare: Arcana Prime

Keep in mind that this isn’t the world from HCOP, since obviously a lot of things are vastly different. It’ll be explained more in Chapter 10 of OP-ness Returns, but for now, and for anyone interested, this is a very crude map of the planet. Very very motherfucking crude. Honestly, I could’ve literally done much better by hand or with a different program. I still might, but for now, at least it’s something.

PS V1, Epilogue: Results

Throughout the course of my ‘life’, I spent a whole lot of time doing things that were inevitably… pointless. Twenty-five years, and I basically accomplished nothing. Just a lot of disappointment and depression. Yet I continued to struggle, because I believed that this was ‘it’. I was an Atheist, even though I was raised as a Christian. Continue reading

PS V1, Chapter 41: Rolling the Dice

*Author’s Note*

I’m just gonna put this here ahead of time because I know that there will be people, like me, who got annoyed when I used Dice for singular and plural… However, I do use Die sometimes for singular too, it’s just that Dice works better in certain situations. It kind of pissed me off at first, but technically, modern use of Dice can be for singular and plural. And sometimes it’s the best way for people to understand that you’re talking about dice instead of death… Anyway, enjoy 😛

PS V1, Chapter 40: Protagonist Aura

After they decided to abandon ship, Matt spent the next twenty minutes trying to help Michael put on the pitch black armor. Of course, they eventually gave up because it was just far too complicated. Aside from that, they would be trekking through the desert, so he probably would have died from heat stroke or exhaustion. Continue reading

PS V1, Chapter 39: What Happened?

Matt opened his right eye, while the left was covered by a bloody bandage and cotton. The first thing he saw was actually his own Summoner card. Continue reading

PS V1, Chapter 36: Resolve

“For the past few days, I’ve basically been in denial… Now I think I’ve finally come to terms with reality, or well, virtual reality. My world has been shaken up and tossed around, but I’m still alive. My first instinct was obviously to escape. To take the people I care about and run away to a ‘safer’ place. The truth is that there is no safe space. Even if my world is a virtual reality and only one of many, I still invested twenty-five years of my life into it. How much faster could the typical Server Time be from reality? And in reality, things age and atrophy… Everything decays eventually. I don’t have forever. I can’t just start a new life somewhere else and try to live normally with my family for a few centuries…” Continue reading

PS V1, Chapter 35: Dice

Author’s Note: In modern English, Dice can be bother singular and plural, though it still makes me cringe a bit when I read ‘a dice’. The reason why I write dice as singular in this chapter however, is because a lot of times, when you see ‘die’, you don’t immediately think of dice lol. Plus, if you aren’t a native speaker or reader, you probably wouldn’t freak out over singular dice anyway.

PS V1, Chapter 34: Mistakes

“Hey Mom, are you still awake? Mom?” Matthew knocked on his mother’s bedroom door a few times, but there was no response. He started to get worried and quickly opened it, yet there was no one inside the room. Continue reading
