Must be at quadruple the average strength of an adult Human to break through. Curl 160, Bench 800, Deadlift 1200. Skin and internal organs must be at least twice as durable as a normal adult Human. The acuity of all senses must be doubled. Vital organs need to function at twice the capacity of a normal human.

Expert: 400 year lifespan, must reach the peak before 40 years old to advance. Focuses on strengthening the entire physical body. 100k to 1m mana points. Heavy liquid Qi. Must be at eight times the average strength of an adult Human to break through. Curl 320, Bench 1600, Deadlift 2400. Skin and internal organs must be at least four times as durable as a normal adult Human. The acuity of all senses must be quadrupled. Vital organs need to function at quadruple the capacity of a normal human.
